Cinemalaya 2012 goes to UP – Schedule and Tickets

It’s that time of the year again. Cinemalaya 2012 has recently started its run last weekend at the CCP, with public screenings at Greenbelt and Trinoma. And like in previous years, Cinemalaya 2012 entries will be also screened at the University of the Philippines Film Center/Cine Adarna starting August 1.

Hosted by the UP Cineastes’ Studio, this year’s incarnation also has something extra. Two movies from Sineng Pambansa – dubbed as a national film festival – will also be showcased, namely In Bangka Ha Ut Sin Duwa Sapah and Ang Mga Kidnapper Ni Ronnie Lazaro.

And since this caters to a mostly student audience, ticket prices are very affordable,starting at P80 per film for Cinemalaya 2012 entries and P100 for Sineng Pambansa films.
